In 2026, we made a strategic decision. We stopped offering general WordPress services and refocused our entire practice on one thing: AI-native WordPress development. WordPress 7.0 launches on April 9, 2026 with native AI infrastructure built directly into its core. We chose to master this transition before the rest of the industry catches up. WordPress 7 migration and AI-native development are now our sole focus.

Why AI-Native, Why Now
The way people find businesses has changed. Google search is no longer the only discovery channel. ChatGPT now processes over 2.5 billion queries every day (Search Engine Land). Perplexity handles 200 million daily queries across its own index of 200 billion URLs. Google AI Overviews appear in roughly 30% of U.S. desktop searches. Zero-click searches, where users get answers without clicking any link, reached 69% of all Google queries in 2025 (CXL).
Here is the problem most businesses have not recognized yet. These AI systems do not display a list of links. They synthesize answers from sources they trust and cite specific content. Your website uses client-side JavaScript that AI crawlers cannot render? Invisible. Your content lacks structured data? Invisible. Your pages target keywords instead of questions? Still invisible. This entire discovery channel passes you by.
WordPress 7.0 changes the equation. It is the first major CMS to ship with native AI infrastructure. The AI Client SDK connects to any AI provider through a standardized API. The Connectors dashboard manages those connections from wp-admin. The Abilities API lets plugins declare their capabilities to AI assistants. None of this requires a plugin. WordPress is becoming AI-native at the platform level.

I co-founded Suzaku Productions with Linda in Bangkok in 2014. Over twelve years and more than 100 projects, I have built everything from corporate websites to custom web applications, all on WordPress. My clients span Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, France, and the broader APAC and European regions.
I am an autodidact. I learned WordPress development, digital strategy, and AI integration through direct practice, not classrooms. That hands-on experience shapes how I approach every project. I do not rely on theory. I build, test, and ship.
When WordPress announced native AI capabilities for version 7.0, I made the call to pivot Suzaku entirely toward AI-native development. After twelve years on this platform, I recognized immediately that this was the biggest shift since the block editor launched in 2018. I wrote about what AI-native WordPress development means in practice when we formalized our approach. The agencies that move first will own this space. We intend to be one of them.
Linda P. Nilson
Linda P. Nilson co-founded Suzaku Productions with Kevin in 2014. She is the creative and design visionary of the agency, and she has driven the visual identity and design direction of Suzaku for twelve years. Every Suzaku website carries her creative imprint. Her design sensibility shapes how each project looks and feels long before the first line of code is written.
Linda also oversees client relations and ensures design quality across all projects. She manages the client experience from first contact through final delivery, keeping every engagement on time and on budget. Kevin drives the technical strategy. Linda ensures the creative output matches the standard clients expect from a twelve-year agency.

We are a WordPress-only agency. We do not build on Webflow, Framer, Wix, or custom stacks. WordPress powers 43% of all websites on the internet according to W3Techs. WordPress 7.0 makes it the only major CMS with native AI capabilities built into the editor.
We build for dual audiences. Every page we produce serves human readers and AI systems at the same time. That requires specific technical decisions most agencies are not making yet.
Our sites use server-side rendering so AI crawlers can actually read the HTML. We write semantic HTML5 that gives AI systems structural context. We implement JSON-LD structured data that feeds Google’s Knowledge Graph and informs every major AI platform. We format content in self-contained passages of 200 to 500 tokens, each answering a specific question, each citable without surrounding context. We configure AI crawler access for GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, and OAI-SearchBot from day one.

The NAIW Protocol™
Every project at Suzaku follows the AI-Native Website Protocol, our proprietary methodology we call the NAIW Protocol™. We developed it from 102 research sources and validated it on our own infrastructure before applying it to client work.
